Admission Rules & Regulations

• Admission is open to individuals aged 18 years or above.
• Students below 18 years may enroll only with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
• Admission is subject to seat availability.

Admission shall be confirmed only after:

• Submission of the completed admission form.
• Verification of required documents.
• Successful payment of the applicable course fee.

TradeAura Institute reserves the right to accept or decline any admission application without assigning any reason.

Students may be required to submit:

• Government-issued Photo ID
• Passport-size Photograph
• Payment Proof
• Any other document requested by the institute.

The student confirms that all information provided during admission is true and accurate.

If any information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, the institute reserves the right to cancel the admission without any refund.

• Course fees must be paid according to the selected payment plan.
• Admission fees are non-transferable.
• Fees once paid are governed by the institute's Refund Policy.

All fees paid towards admission are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

• Batch timing shall be allotted by the institute.
• The institute may change batch timings, trainers, schedules, or classroom locations whenever necessary.

Students are expected to attend classes regularly.

Repeated absenteeism may affect access to classes, assessments, certificates, or other academic benefits.

Students must:

• Maintain discipline and professionalism.
• Respect trainers, staff, and fellow students.
• Avoid abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.
• Refrain from recording classes without prior written permission.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.

TradeAura Institute provides educational and training services only.

The institute:

• Does not provide investment advice.
• Does not provide stock tips or buy/sell recommendations.
• Does not manage client funds.
• Does not guarantee profits, returns, or trading success.

Students are solely responsible for their own trading and investment decisions.

Trading and investing in financial markets involve significant risk.

Past performance, examples shown during training, or educational case studies should not be considered a guarantee of future results.

All study materials, videos, presentations, PDFs, recordings, and course content are the intellectual property of TradeAura Institute.

Students shall not Copy, Sell, Redistribute, Upload, Share, Record, or Reproduce any course material without written permission.

TradeAura Institute provides Placement Assistance to eligible students upon successful completion of the applicable job-oriented courses.

Placement assistance is subject to the following eligibility criteria:

• Minimum 95% attendance throughout the course.
• Successful completion of all practical assignments, assessments, and projects.
• Successful completion of all mandatory mock interviews, aptitude tests, and institute evaluations (where applicable).
• Successful completion of the required NISM/SEBI-recognized certification examinations, wherever they form part of the course curriculum.
• Maintenance of satisfactory academic performance and professional conduct throughout the program.
• Submission of an updated resume and participation in placement activities organized by the institute.

Course completion certificates (where applicable) shall be issued only after fulfilling the institute's completion requirements.

Student information shall be handled in accordance with the institute's Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

• Rules & Regulations
• Policies

at any time. Updated policies will be published on the official website.

Any dispute arising from admission or enrollment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
