By completing the admission process and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No Refund Policy
All course fees paid to TradeAura Institute are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once admission is confirmed and payment has been successfully received, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Inability to attend classes
- Personal, medical, professional, or financial reasons
- Dissatisfaction after course commencement
- Failure to complete the course
- Scheduling conflicts
- Relocation or change of residence
Course Transfer
Admission to a course is personal to the enrolled student.
Course fees cannot be transferred to another person, batch, or course unless expressly approved by TradeAura Institute in writing.
Batch Rescheduling
TradeAura Institute reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or combine batches due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
Such changes shall not entitle the student to any refund.
Institute's Right to Cancel Admission
TradeAura Institute reserves the right to suspend or cancel admission in cases involving:
- Submission of false or misleading information
- Misconduct or violation of institute rules
- Non-compliance with the Code of Conduct
- Any activity affecting the learning environment or institute's reputation
In such cases, no refund shall be payable.
Exceptional Circumstances
Any request for an exception to this policy shall be reviewed solely at the discretion of TradeAura Institute.
Approval of any exception, if granted, shall not create a precedent or obligation for future cases.
Payment Disputes
Students are requested to contact the institute directly regarding any payment-related concerns before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
TradeAura Institute reserves the right to respond to payment disputes with supporting admission records, payment confirmations, policy acknowledgements, and related documentation.
Acceptance of Policy
By making payment for any course offered by TradeAura Institute, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy in its entirety.
